Niall means well but his claim that there is a 3rd pillar option is not true. It's also really confusing language. the current 3rd pillar of the EU has nothing to do with Trade. And it's the opposite of the EUs preferred option for UK - the EU is moving away from bespoke EFTA/Swiss style deals.
