Third and final week of Tour de Fleece! Spun a total of 19.3 oz, 1400 yards/1300 meters! But if you count the singles (which I think you can in TDF?) I spun 4.7 km or nearly 3 miles of fiber!

So I had a really weird experience with this book. My Uber to the train station to get a bus to LAX was re-routed because an offramp on the 110 was closed, and I didn’t know if it was because of anti-ICE protests or just maintenance.

UK trip update: Had a steak pie in a pub with a pal, a kebab, and an educational adventure with a delightful friend! Went on stroll through Hampstead with David the Tour Guide, and left a pen for Douglas Adams at Highgate. Made it home to find LA just as I left it, strong, caring and full of fight.

UK trip update: London’s street signs are stupid but its birds are delightful and its National Gallery amazing. Birmingham’s canals are aggressively charming. LA Baby is beautiful in every possible way (apologies for spooking the poet with a gift) and Greg Davies is an absolute menace.

I can’t help but notice that Mark Watson doesn’t have a “Best Bits” compilation on the Taskmaster YouTube channel. Seems a bit rude to the man himself, but also slowing down my research a bit so I’m taking it personally.
