Working on this. 👍 And I agree. I think blogging, unironically, addresses some modern web/social media issues well: It's a better venue for deeper articulation and connection, it's a degree farther from bots and slop and algo silos, and as a creative it gives you ownership over something.

Many in the replies are snarkily implying the database engineers are autistic, but this misses the point -- neurodivergent people value clarity in communication. They are *correct* about this. It would be better for *everyone.* Neurotypicals are often just really stupid and suck at this stuff.

My son is 11,autistic, and obsessed with Minecraft. I manage a team of 4 Database Engineers. At some point I started to talk to them like how the parenting courses told me to communicate with my son and the team morale and overall performance has shot up so much we got an award
