The last decade started with abuse, divorce, horrific living conditions, the start of a pandemic, non stop isolation, worsening chronic health issues, worsening chronic pain, loss of community, jobs, constant death, worsening isolation..and despite not wanting to be, am still here goddammit. ❤️

Y'all, I am simply begging you to start masking up again. We will have no information on the pandemic currently underway AND no information when/if H5N1 makes the jump. Don't wait for someone from the government to tell you to start protecting yourself because it will be way too late if they do.

Baking bread has been a tool to help with my abyss level depression since i was 12. My grandma passed and it sent me into a 5mo long zombie state due to the sheer level of grief. Tons of rigorous tests, stomach xrays, meds etc- making bread was the key. ...so yesterday, I baked bread to stay alive.
