I’m trying to have more fun in my life, which sometimes means chatting with people about the games I love regardless of the size of their channel. Mission accomplished. This was a fun chat for me.

The US is at war with Venezuela. No Congressional authorization, no public debate, no clearly stated goal, no casus belli, and a gradual ramp up rather than big opening, so many haven’t noticed (or deny it). But this attack removes the ambiguity. US is at war with Venezuela. With no end in sight.

I accidentally started watching Tailor Swift’s tour series and I’m really impressed with how great of a leader she is. She’s truly inspirational. I shared that with my son and he disowned me.

I’m working on two games that I’m excited about. They’re both explorations into deck building; trying to make them more accessible without losing the depth. This is the first prototype from early 2020. You’ll notice very few words on the cards. There are less now!

My identity and my job are so intertwined that I can barely tell them apart. I can’t tell if it’s unhealthy. As a creator, perhaps it makes sense that my work and my identity are closely linked.
