The United States lost the war with Iran and is now also forcing the rest of the world to pay the reparations the US owes.

Iran will control the Strait of Hormuz for a period of at least ‘two weeks’, and according to its foreign minister offer safe passage “via coordination with Iran's Armed Forces and with due consideration of technical limitations.” The arrangement could run from two weeks to indefinitely.

The US fully capitulated to Iran and agreed to a '2-week ceasefire'. Iran imposed a $2M toll per ship transiting the Strait of Hormuz, with an undisclosed amount going to Oman. 138 ships pass through the Strait daily, this would generate $276M per day; roughly $3.86 billion over a two-week period.

It is very easy to become accustomed to Trump’s ravings, and laugh them off. That’s a dangerous thing to do. When Trump states: “A whole civilization will die tonight,” he is threatening to commit genocide. We can’t allow that to happen. Congress must end this war NOW.
