Wouldn't be shocked if she finds an excuse to be overseas on every Day 15 for the rest of her tenure, just to avoid forcing the issue of whether the JSA will ever let a woman into the ring. When Ishiba gave the trophy to Hoshoryu in January it was the first time a PM had done so since Abe in 2019.
