So forgot to mention but had my follow up appointment as part of my hypertension review. The Nurse was very much happy that cholesterol and blood sugar have come down. Blood pressure is a concern but I’m managing it. No mention of weight either so very much pleased!

New toy arrived (left) and I overestimated the size 😳 Ah well guess I’m just gonna have to practice 🥵
