I had a student labeled ODD by a teacher, before the school psych got to meet him. Teacher was an inexperienced white dude, the kid was a 6yo black boy who obviously had autism. Thankfully the psych knew better, and realized the teacher was an idiot. Kid was moved to a less shitty teacher.
