The remains of an Antarctic researcher, Dennis ‘Tink’ Bell, have been found after 65 years, among rocks exposed by a receding glacier. Dennis was a 25 year-old meteorologist working for the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) - the predecessor of British Antarctic Survey.
