Also, things in the UK are worse than here, I think the public antipathy towards UK Labour is just a bit ahead of it here. The spectre of Dutton gave Labor a boost at the election but they were on the nose before that. It will take a miracle to turn public sentiment to positive now.

I think the media portrayal of them as wreckers (also pushed heavily and successfully by the ALP) has worked a treat. I also think they don't do themselves any favours by playing into the stereotype of "woke scolds". A sense of humour and a bit of pisstaking could go a long way.

Yeah, exactly. The MSM assumes that whatever perfectly ordinary thing the Greens say re human rights or environmental issues will be considered "extreme" by the "man in the street." In fact very little is extreme, it comes from evidence, expert advice. Almost everything Hanson says *is* extreme.

I’m liking what I’ve been seeing from Barbara Pockock, Larissa Waters etc but I’m not seeing much and what I’m seeing is pretty much because I’m following the right people. If I relied on media, I wouldn’t see anything other than “greens voted against housing bill” etc. Greens need Mamdani tactics.
