I've given myself a budget of new OCs this year. This is going to be the year of investing in the legacy OCs, so I'm only allowed 3 new OCs for the whole year. And I'm stumped on whether or not I burn the first one on a new character I just conceived today based on how strong the aesthetic idea is.
