Take two lists and compare them. I know this question is possible to answer because I went through the lists two years ago. Summer athletics season is coming to a close and having got someone to teach me how to Fosbury flop I jumped an age group record for my athletics club yesterday. It wasn't very high in high jump terms but it was great to learn something new and achieve a goal
