Phew. Just finished the first draft of the third and final new Percy "Senior Year Adventures" book. Still a LONG revision process to go, as always, but nice to have a complete manuscript to work from. Several projects had jumped in front of this, for reasons I'll explain later, but it IS coming.

I just finished An Academic Affair by Jodi McAlister. I read it in less than 2 days, because I couldn't put it down! I can't remember the last time I read such a riveting contemporary romance. As a bonus, Anne of the Island is my favorite, and the Lewis and Tolkein references endeared me further.

Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery was really fantastic. It was a wonderful story, and so beautifully filmed. Light and shadow were characters. #WakeUpDeadMan #KnivesOut
