Was watching the newest AVGN video and was completely caught off guard by him mentioning "Jackie Chan: Fists of Fire" as one of the few good FMV games in it. As the person who first applied to TO it at a major fighting game tournament, crazy to see how its notoriety has grown.

Everyone says TvC Ryu is the best and like I'm just not seeing it, this seems very tame

Haven't been playing fighting games online much recently (just some occasional VF5), but I still like to do the obscure FG thing at Pittsburgh FGC locals from time to time. Cool games we have played recently: - Wild Disorder - Secret Meeting 2 - Kizuna Encounter 4 player mode

Crazy to release crossplay and not even notify players it needs to be turned on. (Also push up your delay to 3-4 instead of 1-2)

Important PSA for Virtua Fighter 5 REVO World Stage players: Crossplay for netplay is not enabled by default! It needs to be turned on in the GAME SETTINGS menu! Turn this on if you want to play against players using different consoles online. Not sure why it's off by default.

Been playing & enjoying Absolum, a recently released roguelite beat em up. Combat feels great, simple to pick up but has lots of intricacies. Has good rollback netcode with adjustable delay. Here is a crazy sequence where my online co-op partner and I landed 500+ hit combos.

So sad as a local FGC TO seeing Tekken 8 crash and burn in terms of popularity, mainly cuz of season 2. We had a Tekken 7 and T8 bracket at our bi-weekly today. More people came out for the T7 bracket than T8 lol. We often don't have the minimum 4 entrants to run T8 each event.

Virtua Fighter 5 REVO: Jacky high damage wall stagger->6K+G crumple->bound combo route on Jean. This route can also without the wall stagger if your 6K+G counter hits an opponent with their back to the wall. If 6K+G hits a staggered opponent you get the CH crumple state.

Virtua Fighter 5 REVO: Normal hit 4P combo routes for Jacky's 6K launcher on Eileen. Utilizes the changes made to Jacky's 4P in REVO, which gave him a lot of new combo routes.

It's been awhile since my last #slaphappyrhythmbusters post, so why not break the silence with the other Mr. Top-Tier, Rude Boy For THE character with the highest damage his game doesn't disappoint, easily breaking 300 damage for 1 bar (more on that later *wink*) -(Part 1)-

Going to go live soon, probably around 20-30 minutes from now. Planning on playing some Elden Ring: Nightreign, maybe VF5 too Gonna show my Rotted Woods strategy that practically guarantees wins against some of the hardest bosses in the game. Open to playing w viewers too.

How I feel showing Nightreign players that they can easily flip 1 Sovereign Sigil into 15 by conjuring the Rotted Woods against the hard mode bosses.

I am getting pretty good at consistently winning runs in Nightreign. Even in random queues and against the hard mode bosses. Been really enjoying this game recently, Ironeye/Wylder are my favorite characters atm.

Virtua Fighter 5 REVO: New anti-Taka combos for Jacky. Found 2 counter hit combo routes with Jacky against Taka that are new to REVO. The oki on these combos is not great because it leaves them standing and you at minus frame advantage, but the damage is usually worth it.

Do any other Virtua Fighter 5 REVO players experience stage specific lag when playing online? Playing on PC against certain players, sometimes matches will lag a TON on certain stages but when I play the same person on a different stage it feels fine. IDK how to fix this.

Really happy that Virtua Fighter 5 REVO got a recent update that adds an in game replay/replay takeover feature. Replay Takeover will be an amazing tool for anyone trying to level up in VF. And in game replays will make it easier to record and upload my gameplay highlights.

Beat all 8 Nightlords and reached the ending of ER: Nightreign. Still got sidequests to complete, really enjoyed my experience so far. Had fun playing with friends in discord and in random queues with no comms. It's easier to get used to playing without talking than I expected

Been enjoying Elden Ring: Nightreign, but I gotta vent: When I see someone pick Executor in matchmaking, I assume they are bad Almost always constantly needs reviving, usually underleveled by the end. On release week they think they can parry everything, but end up facetanking
