Small Update! 🎉 We’ve added badges to profiles that are bridged via Bridgy Fed — making it clearer when accounts are federated! You’ll see these on profile views now, and they’re coming to post views soon too. ✨

Small Update: We made a small change to more prominently display where custom feeds are hosted. This makes it easier to see where feeds are hosted without digging into the data view.

Over the past few months, we’ve been focused on shipping smaller UX improvements. Here’s a quick summary: - Richer post support (embeds, YouTube, hashtags, links, alt text) - Suggested content (profiles and feeds) - Links back to original content (Bluesky, Flashes, Fediverse) - Faster page loads

Haven’t posted here in a while, but I’m currently working on several small UX and speed improvements. My goal is to get this to a point where I feel comfortable removing the beta tag. Stay tuned!

Created a new feed for posts created in the Flashes app. This feed is now on the atexplore.social homepage. I am also adding links on records back to Flash profiles.

Along with a handful of smaller UX changes, you'll now be able to view alt text on images. Also expanding support for links back to original posts that have been bridged.

New today: bridged posts now have links to the original post. Added support for Threads, Mastodon, and PixelFed. Mastodon and PixelFed will depend on the instance; adding support for more instances soon.

Small update going out today. Records will now link back to their source. Rolling out support for Bluesky links today; will be expanding support for some bridged data this week.
