Ralph’s adoption is official 🥳 Hope say, ‘He’s doing very well, settled at home and has made lots of dog friends, he has made a lovely friendship with a family member’s dog.Thank you for your ongoing support, we really are grateful for Schnauzerfest!’

Picked some plums and apples from work trees today. So only thing to do was to make plum and apple chutney! Butterflies were enjoying the fallen plums too 🦋

5 years of civility with OH today. Managed to use some time owed to get the afternoon off, so out for lunch. Sad it’s without our lovely hound 🥹

Lovely Herdwick sheep enjoying the Mosedale Friends carpark. One cheeky ewe was even eating the crab apples 😂 One even stuck its head in the door when we were having a coffee at the Northern Fells Group cafe (last day tomorrow 1pm - 5pm).

Walk out to an RSPB reserve with Molly today. She’s good at birdwatching, likes blackberries and had a sneaky run through the heather like a mad thing 😂 (it smelt gorgeous).

At 5 months old Sam is facing an uncertain future. He was born with a congenital heart problem, which if left untreated will severely limit his quality of life and end it prematurely. Sam will have surgery, it’s complex and his fosterer got him seen by a specialist who considers it possible…

‘He’s going to be spoilt rotten, they’re smitten with him’, the lovely words about Teddy’s adopters 🧡 At the weekend he headed to his new home. We thank Mrs Murrays Rescue in Aberdeen for taking him in and being wonderfully helpful and great to work with 🙂 🧡 This is what your support does 🧡
