Spotify still claimed the ads were not in violation of any of their policies, and still keep using the excuse that it was a merely a part of a wider campaign across many platforms. They willingly ran those ads for 74k. This is not a real win, and I recommend you do not give them a cent.

Further looking into this shows that they are using incredibly passive language in regards to the ICE ads. The only real reason I could find is because the contract ended last year, not that it was actively terminated because of the recent shooting.
