This was such a formative movie for me. Possibly the first I ever saw. Excited to finally see it on the big screen!

This was not what I expected and that’s a good thing. This one really moved me.

Seemed like a good day to escape to the movies. Though from what I’ve heard this isn’t exactly the feel good movie of the year. That can be cathartic too though.

Letterboxd stats are in! Top actor and director are a pleasant surprise this year.

There has been a shadow over this whole holiday season for us. My wife was told she had until 1/9 to get up to speed at her new job or would be let go. She started applying for other jobs right away. Today she got to work and, without warning, she is not on the schedule for next week. 🤬🤬🤬

We’ve been showing our kids Rob Reiner movies over the past few years and they have all been hits. My youngest in particular has connected deeply with his work and counts STAND BY ME as his favorite movie. I am just so devastated by the news but grateful for the gifts he gave us.
