While irregular miniatures are never going to win any prizes for good sculpts, it's nice to have a mini you finish and don't feel like you've missed bits out.

Things don't always work out and it's important to remember school boy physics. Magnets don't work if there's a gap, in this case a plastic wall or yours using weak ones. The idea does work and using larger magnets it's fine. Just not what I wanted of ninja climbing anywhere in the walls an towers.

3rin.gs, my hand-drawn, zoomable map of Middle-earth is still alive 15 years later. I cleaned up some bit rot, fixed a few bugs, polished some rough edges, and removed jQuery with two plugins. It is one, small JS file, no dependencies, no build step. The platform has risen to meet us where we were.
