I did it! Yesterday I ran a 10k (6.21mi) at a steady 11:30 pace without stopping! Aside from some knee pain, it was actually easy and I learned from the real runners what I need to be working on to get around that knee pain. Next goal? I dunno, I'll declare it after we get through new years
