Cambridgeshire CC still has 11 years to go on a ÂŁ36m-per-year PFI contract linked to Thalia Waste Management's site near Waterbeach, which was signed in 2008 to process black bin non recyclable waste. But regulations have since changed & the site is no longer meeting those regs, so not operating
