A few years ago, most major publishers seemed to have a big range of print-on-demand/ebook editions of neglected backlist books, with slightly depressing non-specific covers (ie Pan Macmillan Bello, Faber Finds, Gollancz Gateway, Bloomsbury Reader). Now they all seem to have withered. (1/2)
