i think if you want to learn terrain generation download material maker and mess around with noise until you get something you like then write the code for it after. saves a ton of time you wouldve spent guessing

Not Material Maker related, but I've been doing gamejams (Godot Wild Jam 79-83) with this team for 6 months and we came up with a nice way of handling sounds. And this is now a Godot addon that you will find on my GitHub. 😁
