I just responded to the scene at 26th and Nicollet shortly after the observer was shot. They teargassed and/or pepper sprayed Jana Shortal of KARE11 at the scene and she was being treated when I walked up. ICE have a fancy camera they are using to scan the faces of the crowd.

The best & most cost efficient way to solve the illegal immigration problem is fining employers & landlords to the point it's no longer profitable to house and employ them, but then we'd have to admit how much of our economy runs on cheap undocumented labor. So we treat the symptom, not the cause.
