I’m really frustrated that I just don’t have the time right now to attend the usually weekly social gathering that I had started getting involved in over the summer because class projects are keeping me so busy. Wondering if work/life balance just isn’t going to be a virtue of mine.

Of the @kyellgold.com books I’ve read so far, I think Red Devil had the most impact on me. Style is based on Russian constructivism, which is defined by the conservative use of high contrast colors, usually red, black and white. It also tends to be highly graphical with sharp angles and bold shapes

Stayed home from classes today because I ate something that did not agree with me in the slightest. Morning was miserable but I managed to get a lot of stuff done as the day went one, so I guess it was a win all things considered. Hanging in there.
