I just followed up on my open ticket with Visa regarding their decision to apply undue pressure to Steam and Itch.io over the sale of legal content. The first person tried again to direct me to email. He refused to get me a supervisor. He said, "We have provided you all the relevant information."

I have very bad phone anxiety, but I just called all my reps! As OP said: If you have phone anxiety and don't know what to say: all you NEED to pass along is "do not support [these bills]" They're checking the raw number of citizens getting mad at them. Numbers matter more than time or persuasion.
