Today a very nice review of my book by Sahil Raza Al-kashmiri was published in the New State Reporter, a newspaper in India (Jammu and Kashmir).

“If revolution was a pill, I would take it every day”, someone said, and he is right. Back in Brussels after a most wonderful, fascinating and emotional visit to Damascus. I will write my impressions and new insights down soon.

Damascene writer Ahmed Qasser (middle in the picture) said something fascinating: “i know theoretically what freedom is. Now that Bashar al-Assad is gone, I do feel freedom, for the first time in my life. But I cannot bridge the two. I cannot describe what freedom is.”
