Also: evangelize the things you love. One of the most painful things about working at Netflix was that seeing that people have a bad habit of only evangelizing awesome things they saw on their favorite streaming service AFTER those things got cancelled.

Folks I emphasize as always, if you don't actually show up for the things you want, they stop getting made. Sometimes you gotta be okay with taking a chance on that 7/10 game knowing it's the only way those creators get to keep making the stuff you wanna see

Some #indiedev advice. If the industry makes you feel you have to constantly keep talking about the new best thing you’re working on. Don’t! Your old games, even if they’re 20 years old, are still unknown gems to many. Your works, all of them, deserve to be seen well after the launch buzz dies down!
