Es gibt übrigens eine andere Täuschung bei Lebensmittel, die wirklich gekennzeichnet gehört: Sehr viele Lebensmittel von denen man annimmt, dass sie vegetarisch sind sind es nicht. Dazu zählen Joghurts, Säfte, Käse, Butter, Pudding, Süßigkeiten und Chips. Vielleicht kann sich EU-Parlament kümmern?

Wenn ich seit Jahren vorhersage, dass unsere politischen Debatten immer dümmer und absurder werden, meine ich u.a. so nen Scheiß: "Das EU-Parlament hat dafür gestimmt, Begriffe wie 'Wurst' und 'Schnitzel' für Fleischersatz zu verbieten." 🤦‍♂️

Ich möchte mal wieder was zu den angeblich "völlig unterschiedlichen Waldorfschulen" schreiben. Vorab: Natürlich unterscheiden sich die Erfahrungen von Waldorfschüler*innen untereinander. Aber: Waldorf ist eine geschützte Marke. Grundlage der Waldorfpädagogik ist immer Steiners esoterische Lehre.

Juan Fontanet & Andres Rico did an amazing job by investigating sorghum in their PhD. It’s been a pleasure to join them in their efforts for a molecular understanding of brassinosteroid signaling in response to drought and development in this crop 💚🌾
