Kudos to all the other authors who stood up and were heard at the debtholders meeting, and who took back their rights and have otherwise made it impossible for Boundless to move forwards. The Unbound/Boundless board of directors do not deserve a second chance.

Really, really, really interesting video from the perspective of what the act is supposed to be "regulating." Like 90% of the Online Safety Act issue is the fact the BBFC doesn't regulate online video. So the gov have done this wackamole approach which is bad for everyone because Ofcom are lazy.

#writingcommunity NEVER, NEVER trust Boundless Publishing, the new incarnation of Unbound. I thought it was bad, and scammy when they moved all IP to a newly set up Boundless before the administrator was called in. But the amount of money owed and fraud is staggering.

Looking forward to paying my mortgage this month by sending my bank an email telling them that, thankfully, John Mitchinson has stepped down from the board at Boundless and isn’t on Backlisted any more. Glad that’s all dealt with.

Just a quick observation on #Unbound. Unbound did not steal author royalties because Unbound is not an independent entity. *People* in Unbound made explicit decisions over and over again to funnel received money towards other projects or cash flow or whatever instead of paying author royalties.
