Q for the hive-mind π§ : What transfection reagents do people like for big constructs these days? (I am thinking

encoding BACs, ~170 kb). We've recently had poor performance with Trans-IT LT1 and Lipofectamine 2000, our two go-tos. Target cells are U2OS. Suggestions or RTs greatly appreciated π
