Occupational hazard: When you are editing a zombie novel, you have to be really careful about what you choose for lunch. Lots of blood and brains being flung around all over the page. Cold spaghetti? Absolutely not. Scrambled eggs? Questionable. Peanut butter sandwich? Pretty safe. #AmEditing

Baseball is the coziest sport. Spend the next two weeks listening to baseball on the radio for a chunk of every day and I promise everything will feel better. If you want to start somewhere, listen to Jon Miller announcing for the SF Giants. Doesn’t get any better than that.
