Specularium by jasper ｡ is a ~30 minute VRChat journey that explores of the concept of surveillance through dystopian environmental storytelling. Striking visuals mixed and a haunting score; with an audiovisual performance w/ music from Ryoji Ikeda, using sine wave/white noise to convey meaning.

Love seeing data from the VRChat community! This is awesome! Favorite takeaways were almost 50% didn’t have physical equipment before DJing in VR and >50% of the DJs were older than 30. Majority JP Community DJs too!

Iwami Kagura: Orochi is a portion of a traditional Japanese play from Gotsu City‚ Shimane Prefecture; viewable in VRChat with mocap and animation. It tells the visual story of the defeat of the eight headed giant serpent, by Susanoo. There's even free outfits on booth in the back, so beautiful!

BlueRondo: Stratos is a live band performance from the @emnrecords.bsky.social team in VRChat Taking us up in to the atmosphere in a rotating elevator, the crew serenaded us with beautiful vocals, saxophone, keyboard, guitar, bass and drums; all synced together through Yamaha Syncroom across Japan~

This was so much fun!!! From a tent covered field to a ship on the ocean, all the way down to the depths of the sea in a temple to Psy~ Kohada creates such amazing experiences while Ru and Sinarisama played an amazing set!~ If you get a chance to check out their shows in the future, don't miss it!

GOA is a VRChat world by an Italian team created in part w/ OpenBrush that is the planetary sanctuary of their snail civilization. The entire world and all its creatures pulse to its music. Swim in a bioluminescent lake, ride a boat, view an art gallery in town + even play instruments as a group~

Soooooo I've been working on a soft outline/glow shader I'll be releasing soon. It gets applied directly to the model's materials, and is everyday usable performance wise! It's not 100% perfect, but pretty close :D This is in a scene with no bloom:
