Scott amendment eliminating 90% matching rate for
#Medicaid
expansion is being described as just about changing federal financing. It's effectively repeal! Amendment language is nearly identical to that in a section labeled "Repeal of Medicaid Expansion" in the 2017 House-passed ACA repeal bill!

My daughter’s speech therapist went out of business because Medicaid reimbursement rates were too low. We do not have Medicaid. I’m going to keep posting this until people understand that when Medicaid gets cut *everyone* loses services.
