Honestly, MCU movies should start with opening crawls. It would give people an entry point who haven’t watched every Disney+ TV show. Then we won’t have to cram clunky exposition into these films anymore.

My problem with Dr Doom being a variant of Tony Stark is that they’re using Dr. Doom to tell a different story…instead of just telling the story of Dr. Doom.

The Russo Brothers confirmed that Dr. doom is some kind of variant of Tony Stark. Look. I get that they have to tie this into the Multiverse saga… … but I don’t see how this is better than just introducing Dr. doom into the MCU. Seems overcomplicated. What do you think?

Recommendation: For All Mankind is unlike any other show on TV. It depicts an alternate history where the space race never ended, and each season shows a long passage of time as a new generation continues to colonize the solar system. Don you watch it?

After Solo, Lucasfilm decided to stop recasting OT characters. But the problem isn’t recasting-it’s casting an actor who looks absolutely nothing like the original actor. It’s easier for us to believe in space wizards than it is to believe that these two men are the same person.

Lucasfilm, please just give us the story we actually want. Recast Luke, and make a show about the aftermath of Return of the Jedi. Every season is a year. He gathers Jedi knowledge, meets Clone Wars characters, fights sith cults, Imperials, and pirates. Would you watch?
