When we lived in Botswana, March (autumn) was prime exploring time. I miss that place every day.

My longest car ride was from Missoula, MT to Chicago in 1998 to see the Cubs get walloped by the Braves in the NLDS. 1500 miles, 23 hours, 4 college dudes in a Chevy Cavalier coupe. Got caught in a blizzard in SD on the way back so we had to stay overnight in Deadwood, saving us from a repeat.

This is clearly a piece of British colonial propaganda, but it has a weird car, and the footage (I assume it's been colorized) from the era is pretty neat. Also, I love a motoring adventure. #WeirdCarBS #WCBS
