Somehow, Frontios has managed to fall even further in my estimation. What a poorly plotted snooze-fest! The dialogue is awful and the direction makes things worse - half the time it isn't clear what's actually going on. I do like the "hungry earth" idea, and some of the lighting is good #DoctorWho

I had a lovely time at Literary Leicester but it is now five hours since I boarded the first train and all three have been hit by signalling problems so I'm still not home.

On the train to Leicester (Cross Country) and there's a refreshments trolley! We haven't had those on South West Trains since Covid.

Pathetically pleased to have run 10k in under an hour this morning. Yes it's slow by most standards but not bad for someone in their forties who didn't run regularly before February
