1/ There's a lot of scepticism around the govt. pushing an "AI all the things" message at the moment. I think scepticism is right, but for the wrong reasons currently. Could public services be hugely improved through better use of technology? Sure, but that was true before the current AI hype cycle.

No new quorum queues features are scheduled for RabbitMQ 4.1 but there will be some nice performance improvements, a bit higher throughput, lower latency and much improved consumption performance when consuming from a long backlog.
