One thing I think about more than is probably normal is how different languages interpret dog barks. For example, in French it’s not ‘woof woof,’ it’s ‘ouf-ouf’. Anyway, remember to greet French dogs accordingly when you’re abroad.

At what point watching Severance does it become entertaining and not an anxiety-inducing, nerve-wracking slog? At episode 7 and it still feels like some kind of endurance test. Unlike eg Bad Sisters / Desperate Housewives / Succession it takes itself far too seriously

I get why people are mad because the anti-meds ideologues never shut the fuck up, but there will already be a bunch of social prescribing stuff in your area that's generally for people who are kind of isolated and might benefit from group activities. It's not for me, but it has its place.

It's not"comedy on prescription". It's an intervention from a charity that could be 1 option for someone receiving social prescribing support. It's not NHS - social prescribing systems are partnerships across health, LA, & voluntary sectors. No-one commenting has any idea what they're talking about

More in the news today about young people claiming benefits for mental illness. I can’t stress enough how difficult it is to receive benefits when you have a mental illness. There should be more focus on all the people struggling who are entitled to benefits but can’t or won’t claim them.
