It's uncomfortable for many to talk about, especially the mainstream media, but the deep, wide ingrained vein of racism in the United States is one of primary reasons for the rise of both Trump and his fascist enablers we're suffering with now.

America has to be realistic about its military. It is powerful but not invincible. Its leaders are competent but not geniuses. Its troops are professional but not superhuman. There are many weak links in the chain of command, and few of its soldiers are eager to sacrifice their lives.
