Today was the first day I felt a little creative again after the layoff on Tuesday. Made some scratch ramen for dinner and a yummy vanilla ice cream, mango, and ube maple syrup dessert. The ube extract was perfect in the maple syrup, making an ube forward syrup to drizzle over the top.
