Walking from an appointment and stumbled on a plum tree blossoming despite the colder temperatures. Felt like a gentle reminder that I’m making good progress in my goals right now and that life truly is good right now. I hope you all feel the same inspiration from this little gift of nature.

I think it’s safe to say my eggs have leveled up significantly! Inside are onions and cherry tomatoes sautéed in butter, some spring mix, swiss cheese, salt, pepper, salsa verde beaten into the eggs and on top plus some garlic and habanero hot sauce drizzle

Yeah, no, I’m going to discontinue my use of the MacroFactor workout app after today. I keep getting wild rep and weight recommendations. I’ve told it what equipment I have and what it recommends does not match with what I have. I.e I cant go from 40 lbs to 44 lbs

Had another shorter workout generated by the Workout app from Macrofactor and it was right to increase one lift’s weight, but the next time? Going from 22.5lbs and 15 reps for an incline dumbbell bench press to 7.5lbs and 89 reps seems like an overcorrection, no?

Finally got around to watching the first episode of Starfleet Academy. Enjoyed the pilot, and several of the new characters introduced. Love the Doctor’s return and Paul Giamatti looks like he’s having the time of his life.
