Wanted to share something I've started to realize about #ttrpg design. Really game design in general. It's often a lot easier to make good games by figuring out what questions you should be asking yourself than finding a clever solution to the questions you assumed you should answer.

Also while I'm here, anyone know of any ttrpg designers looking for some freelance work? I've had a lot of success working with other designers in the past and would love to continue doing that. Bonus points for designers who have any amount of formal improv background.

Working on a new #ttrpg about playing the henchmen of a supervillain. It's got some fun quirks I'm really proud of. Like writing letters characters that get retired after ending up in prison or the way players work together to periodically run a session for the GM. I'd appreciate some feedback!
