Hey folks. Doing ok, some of that post surgery madness and issues think we got a handle on now. Can get around a bit better and you know every day is a little better.

Oh I'm at home and stuff, just sat up in bed and nibbling on bread and sipping water as we hope this calms down. Maybe I needed to slam more food with pills, bad stomach acid day with the pain, i dunno.

Had a bad incident this morning. Bp is really high right now, nausea, lots of head stuff and restlessness. Hanging in there, awaiting drs to let me know where to go from here.

So bad pain day today. Spent a lot of the day in pain in bed. I'm ok though, just kinda sitting at your max threshold of stretching pressure pain and it didn't want to chill out. So it wonks out your blood pressure and now your head feels terrible too heh. Each day will be better though!

I'm still really sore but I got myself up all on my own! Are you proud @firr.bsky.social ?

First dr visit. Apparently they had a 9 or 10 way chain donor thing and there was a massive backup at the blood draw (aka the vampires) because like 15 people had morning appointments like me today

I've never peed this much ever. I'm told that's good. It's kinda like my body is running an antivirus scan and dumping all the crap that's been floating in the blood for years. I can't really get up from a mostly laying down position due to pain we're working on but I feel different.

Waiting to go to surgery. I'd post the space ghost "waiting" bumper. It's kinda the weirdest time. I've certainly thought about all this for so long but like yeah it's happening and all you have left to do is wait for here for a bit.

....I can't believe this. Hospital messed up and called me this morning. I'm working on getting there as soon as I can, but any good headspace I had is gone. As far as I know surgery is going forward but wow has this been bad.
