As a first-gen student and US citizen on one side, queer, & growing up in a low income family with a teen mom who dropped out of high school, there are no words to express this. Clawing up the ladder (while still holding so much privilege) is so hard, but imposter syndrome has nothing on me.

🌟The REPEAT Lab at VCU (PI: Dr. Annie Haynos) in Richmond, VA is hiring a clinical research coordinator! 🌟 We use various methods (fMRI, EMA, computational modeling) to study neurobiological mechanisms and treatment for eating disorders & other disorders of rigidity. Post will be open for 1 week! 🧠📊

As someone from Texas and whose family is Mennonite, this is devastating and scary! Many of the towns these folks are from are rural. They have to drive 2-4 hours to Lubbock to get proper care. So little resources, medical and educational 🫠
