each time Olruggio is about to make a grave accusation, he begins with 'naa, qifrey' (tr. say, qifrey / is that right, qifrey). it's, all told, a gentle way to confront. he's very obviously angered by what he believes Qifrey's doing, but he's willing to hear he's wrong. he wants to be wrong.
