A very nice brief but deep dive into THE OCTOBER GIRL Book One, courtesy of Comic Construction on YouTube, which rightly praises @maverickogn.bsky.social's fantastic design work and totally nails the influence @teddykristiansen.bsky.social's work has had on my art approach to the book.

Been working on more black and white things of late; it's a fun challenge to focus only on shape and texture, and I'd love to do more interior pieces for books/games. Reasons I love my comic: -My lead character is a fem man. He's allowed to be a valiant hero and his feminine traits aren't treated as a joke -He has other fem friends who aren't catty and they get to be pretty together -His love interest adores him even in altered forms
