What was very clear to see yesterday was that he and his wife hadn't just created a great club but a community. He will be sorely missed but I have no doubt everyone will continue to rally around and support his family and each other ❤️

Have found since I went back to baking and making this year, I play a lot more fast and loose with measurements and instructions. At one point the batteries died on my scales so I just guessed and it turned out great. Throw it all in and hope for the best is becoming my preferred way of cooking
