By calling Mark Kelly back to active duty solely for the purpose of answering a court martial on spurious charges, the administration has exposed its own vulnerability. Captain Kelly should not obey this illegal order, making the principle clear to all. His loyalty & devotion to service are clear.

I don't understand the fuss over obedience to illegal orders. A President's orders are official business, and anything POTUS does as official business is immune from prosecution, ergo not illegal. The point is hypothetical, & moot.
